When I downloaded the home advisor app per my brothers good reviews, I didn’t know what to expect. Service Garage Door contacted me almost immediately after I put a request in and they came out for an estimate the same day. I scheduled an appt, they were on time and got the job done. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Entered request online and within 15 minutes they called and within 30 minutes they were assessing the fix to my garage door. We agreed on a price and they completed the job in less than 20 minutes. Excellent

Within 2 hours of posting a need to have my torsion spring and cables replaced he was onsite, provided a detailed proposal as to the scope of work and then proceeded to fix my garage door. Terry is professional and definitely takes pride in his work. As he did the work he explained what he was doing and why. In addition, he provided helpful guidance in regards to maintaining the system in good operating condition. He is a pleasant person who did an outstanding job from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending him nor in hiring him for future work.

Terry was great. He really tried to find the replacement part that was no longer made in alternative channels. Only after exhausting those options did he resort to replacing the unit. He stayed late on a Monday to get that done.

I received telephone calls to inform me that the technician was on the way. Upon his arrival he identified himself. He explained what he would be doing to repair my garage opener. The technician worked quietly. When the job was completed, he explained how the garage opener would work. I was completely satisfied with the service, the technician was professional and friendly. Would I recommend them to family and friends, yes I would.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the quality of service I received from Service Garage Door. Tony called me the same evening I requested service and came out the next day (Sunday) to evaluate the problem and give me an estimate. I had a very old garage door opener that stopped working and did not have the reverse open safety mechanism. Tony provided various options to meet my budget (which I really appreciated) and provided a documented estimate. Although I did not choose the most economical option, I can say that I choose the mid-range option presented to me that was worthwhile for my needs. I decided to replace my old garage door openers, have new ones installed, and replace the door seals for a price that was reasonable. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Tony took the time to show and explain all that was done and point out all of the features of the equipment in a way that was easy for me to understand. He also took the time to answer any questions I had. As a result, I have a tightly sealed garage door that is quiet and works efficiently. I have nothing but high accolades for this company and have no reservations recommending them.

They completely rejuvenated all the hardware and seals. The door now runs very smoothly and quietly, and is weather-tight. I noticed a couple of minor issues after install, but Terry came very promptly and corrected them at no charge. Very pleased with the quality of work and the good customer service experience.
