Great fast service. Had a plumbing emergency on Sunday. They came right away. Also put in a hot water tank very quick and great friendly service. We definitely recommend them.

It was an all-around bad experience! The service tech says he put 4 lbs of Freon in our system at $120 per lb and it all leaked out the next day! He said he would take that off the price of a new unit, but that was at a price-gouging price! I had it installed for half the price! Also, did not get the new quote for 3 days, and did not get my invoice for a Week! I do not know how these people sleep at night!

JR & Gage were absolutely amazing!! Extremely professional, managed their time well, and kept the job site very clean. I would highly recommend these two for any type of HAVC repair.

Very professional. Showed up on time. This house is a rental so they called me when they found the issue explained everything also had them do the service while they were there. Sent me detailed pictures of what they found. Then followed up with a call to me to let me know it was finished. Very easy to work with and nothing hidden. I will use them again.

These people are crooks. They overcharge. They try to replace things that are not broken. They damage your equipment to ensure a return visit.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. I was a bit surprised at the cost of installation of a garbage disposal I supplied. Over all I would consider their services again but next time I would request a quote. I had three other offers to do this job but I went with Service HQ because they were the first to respond and the response was on a Sunday.

It was going to be a holiday weekend and I was worried I wouldn't find anybody but they actually came out earlier which was nice as it took longer for the repair than we thought it would. Not sure how they rated for cost since I don't know of anybody that had this issue and we couldn't do it ourselves but grateful that we got it fixed the same day.
