They had a timely response at the first initial contact, however the services expected vs. what I received didn't completely fulfill my needs. Their follow up on service issues afterwards were lacking.

Bruce was the only one of three professionals that was able to solve my problem. I had to go outside my normal service agreement to get the right answers to my problem and Bruce found it quickly and efficiently. I am keeping his name and number for future asssignments. I will use him where I can.
