Absolute positive experience. Hired them for air duct cleaning. Very professional. Explained process as they went along and Bart (District Mgr) offered suggestions on what to look for and other safety tips. Will definately be hiring them again for other cleaning projects.

Owner Bart is very involved in the process, his crew is very friendly & professional, they ask YOU what time is good for you for daily work on your project/repairs and they are on the dot with the time that is set up! Highly recommend.

They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. They are clearly very experienced and pros at what they do! I would highly recommend them for your duct and dryer vent cleaning!

They left a huge mess! The furniture and everything in my basement was covered with sawdust or some substance. No one mentioned this or said this would happen.

Prompt, courteous, would hire them again. Appreciated being able to see the before and after duct pictures. Small blip with equipment issue: big hose detached from outside waste receptacle. Strong winds may have been responsible for both malfunction and debris blowing into basement. Cleanup was more than I hoped for, but overall I would do it again.

They arrived when they should and did a great job on my ducts. I rarely dust but once a week. There was dust all the time on my furniture and floors. I would recommend Bart to anyone.

The work crew showed up on time and were very professional. They did excellent work and were very thorough. The project was done within budget as initially provided in the proposal. We had our ducts cleaned. They were very responsive and can be trusted. Service team was very conscience of where equipment was placed outdoors and indoors. The team did a great job and cleaned up not leaving a trace.

estimate was fine and explanation of work was very good.it will be two or three weeks till floor and drywall work is completed, they will come when all dust work is completed.

You always hear about the bad and shady people in any industry today so I wanted to make sure that the good people get recognized as well. Bart Gaffney came out to help with what we thought was a crisis as our hot water heater had blow its safety valve (to protect itself from blowing up) and had been dripping water for an unknown period of time. Water had gotten everywhere (carpets & through the wall). We did as good of a job as we could to clean it up as quickly as we could. Upon arrival, Bart was very caring, knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient and educated me on what is involved with mold and ended up coming back for a second visit to verify what he suspected (that we had caught it soon enough and stopped mold from forming). I was not only very pleased to later learn that, but beyond that Bart said that he couldn't charge me anything for not having a problem. You just don't see that kind of honesty today, let alone the patience and professionalism that Bart exhibited. If you ever have a restoration issue, I strongly recommend that you call them. Steve B
