Water Removal Recovery Service
Just an awful experience, start to finish. They refused to provide a scope of work, so I had no idea of what would and would not be done, left water damaged materials in the condo, never communicated with me when they would show up or not, and when I questioned their work they would try to upsell me for additional costs. Would never hire this company again!

1st cleaning - very late, then rude, finally- carpets still filthy after "cleaning". Arranged for a reclean, a different tech was obstinant and begrudgingly recleaned carpets- techs need some serious customer service and cleaning training.
