"Dear Sally, I am sorry you gave us this exceptionally poor rating. We charged you according to our offer. As we were conducting the cleaning your partner asked us to perform work that was not in the quote and it wasn't even cleaning related. We cut cables, put in extra lights etc. Your partner offered at location to pay for these extra items and tasks. We agreed and he gave us a check after job completion with the agreed amount ($150 more). Once our assistant sent you the invoice for your records based on the inital offer, your partner called me inquiring why the check amount was higher than the invoiced amount. I brought to his memory all that was discussed at location and he remembered. As I realized that someone was giving him a hard time about it I even offered to send him a check for the $150. He said that is not necessary as he would like to keep his word. I feel that your rating is unfair as our team went above and beyond to clean up your location. Please reconsider."

Reliance did a superior job, both in carpet repair and in cleaning. My carpet is over 20 years old and had animal stains and odors as well as worn and fraying at tack strips. The repairs were excellent and cleaning made this old worn carpet look like new. They have succeeded in extending the life of the carpet a while longer plus made it look great in time for the holidays. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

All I can say is Wow! I was to the point of wanting to rip the carpet out because it was horrible. I had an old sick cat that had a lot of accidents. I have two boys that track dirt and everything else through and now the carpet looks brand new! They were very reasonable price wise and very detail oriented. They take pride in their work and it shows. They keep going over it until its perfect and don't kill you with hidden fees or addons.
