    I had them clean my kitchen, basement stairs and an extra area rug. I had a small spot appear in the dining area. I made them aware of it and they came back and recleaned that entire area. They were professional, yet friendly, and did a great job.

    The service man did a pretty good job. My only dissapointment was that the carpet/pad took a few days to completely dry out. When I use my own Hoover Carpet cleaner machine, I go slower to such up more moisture from the carpet and it dries in less than 6 hours.
