They were very fast and did a good job on the installation. I had five bids for conparable equipment and Service Max was the second to the lowest. I had a Quality Assurance issue and the company responed very quickly and stood firmly behind their work.

Installed whole-house humidifiers and air cleaners (2 ea). Showed up on time. Worked quickly with minimal mess. But, installed controllers that would only humidify if heat was on. Took 10 days to straighten that out and install the proper controllers. Only gripe is with the technician who installed the controllers. He rarely showed up on time and never called if he was late. Still, I would use this firm again.

The two people who installed the air conditioner/heat pump were very professional, fast, courteous, and patient. The entire system was installed in 1/2 the time I thought it would take. They also took the time to set up the air conditioner system.

Over all, the diagnosis was WRONG and I wasted my money. I wrote a letter after leaving SEVERAL messages with the receptionist to NEVER hear a THING back from Service Max. I'm so upset with the service I got, I'm 100% sure I'm going to file a report to the contractors board and the better business bureau. I'm not a happy camper.
