I am a first time home buyer, no experience with gas furnaces. I needed help, so I called Service Max. Isaiah was very pleasant and knowledgable. He not only serviced the furnace he checked the crawlspace ducting and wired the thermostat to house electricity. When he left the furnace was functioning perfectly, and I had learned how to program the thermostat. I plan on using Service Max in the future as needed.

Next morning service. Reasonable service call & condenser replacement charge. I read reviews and spoke with owner to troubleshoot and estimate costs. He was very courteous and informative. Service call went smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. Never go with big name outfits and get several bids on big jobs. I will definitely use again.
