The electrician for Service Now saved me $195 compared to another contractor. That was fantastic!!! He showed me everything in my electrical box and explained what it needed and answered all my questions. I would totally hire them again if needed. Thanks!!!

My water heater went out and needed to be replaced the week before Thanksgiving. The water heater that needed to be replaced was the original water heater in the house. It was difficult to remove. Ben Franklin plumbing did a great job and stayed late to finish the job. We are pleased with the service.

I have been in the building & construction industry for over 50 years and have never seen such poor workmanship. Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. They are totally unprofessional in every aspect of the job. They distorted the job and cut corners and did a lousy job. Very unprofessional would never recommend this company to anyone. Even some of the workers agreed with me that the workmanship was substandard and poor quality. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Do yourself a favor and call someone else if you don't want to be ripped off like we were.

On the recommendation of their service person I returned a direct vent water heater and bought a power vent water heater, which of course cost me more money. About a month later there was a water leak and another repair person came out only to tell me I should not have a power vent, but direct vent. I was extremely upset because I had paid $300 more for the power vent unit. I am still waiting to receive a call from the manager and explain to me why this happened. I gave a cell number for her to call and she called my home number. I called her back and left a message for her to call my cell number and to date I have not heard from her. It has been almost 2 weeks since I left the message for her. I feel she is trying to avoid discussing this matter with me. In addition to that the service person ran an electrical chord across my garage floor because there was no outlet to plug the power vent water heater into. So, I am very frustrated with this company right now and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Water heater pilot would not light after heat was turned up . Hidden reset button. After initial warm up, pilot would not light again. Would have called them back but didn't want to take a chance on another house call. Had to clean burner myself. Haven't had problem since.

Grossly overcharged. The job was replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet. The work took 30 minutes and I was charged $374. This is 2x the market rate. I complained to local franchise and their response was that is the cost of a Level 3 service. When the plumber arrived I was told there was a $59 service fee that would be charged if I didn't accept the cost. Worse, the service fee was not waived for the work. This company is a rip off.
