"We have contacted Sherlene to explain about the confusion. Direct Vent water heaters are more expensive than a Power Vent. What she actually purchased from the box store was a regular vent water heater, which vents through a chimney. A little confusion right now, but we are sending our licensed Journeyman plumber to explain things more thoroughly so she has a better understanding of the different water heaters."
