The professional who showed up seems to have not much expertise -- kept on calling back into the office for coaching -- did not know how to connect a replacement capacitor when the original capacitor was found bad -- instead of, concluded that the whole unit was bad. In contrast, Service Now Inc. GM was very professional and accepted the responsibility for the mistakes of his technician.

They were very nice but one of my electric wires were cut they didn't pass inspection the inspector had them correct it so they had to come out I was told I was getting a Carrier heater and A/C it was wrote on the bid and it doesn't even say Carrire it says Payton and the nightlite in the wall were they were working was missing so it made for some bad feelings

They made a suggestion as to where to place the evaporator, no unsightly pipes attached to the outside walls like my neighbors have, great installation, no negatives at all.
