We had a high end water softener and purification system installed and the new charcoal filtration system leaked two times before we finally decide to install a different system. After the 3rd house visit to install the system the distributor finally revealed that they had several of the same situations with other installs of this system. Services Plumbing needs to make sure the fully understand the reliability data on the products they are offering to the customer. On a side note, the installer was very professional and responsive but he had lousy product to work with.

Estimate for work was a range with $400 between the high and low ends. It ended up costing the lesser amount which was good. The technician said he gave me the big range because he wasnâ t sure what he would find once he got in there. I sort of get that...They also wouldnâ t give me any type of estimate over the phone even though I knew what was most likely wrong. I was correct. I also, sort of get that... but they could say if itâ s just to change the cartridge in the faucet and there are no problems getting it out of in, t would be $xyz.

I had a problem in the master bathroom with the shower valve leaking in the wall causing moister damage. I called Service Plumbing and they sent their plumber Anthony. He arrived within the time frame promised and quickly assessed the situation and offered some options then started the job. During his time at our house he was very friendly and answered all of our questions. His work was very professional and service charge was fair. We will be using Anthony of Service Plumbing in the future.

Anthony and Noah were on point with my plumbing issues. He explained the diagnosis and what was required instead of what I was thinking the problem is. Replacement of two extremely old toilets fixed the gurgling and flushing problems. Thank you both. Definite hire for the next job.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service Anthony provided. Our situation was a little different/difficult and he stayed with it until the problem was resolved. We are retired and living on a fixed income so I was reluctant to call a plumber but boy am I glad I finally did. Anthoney was very nice, he cleaned up after himself and the cost was very reasonable for the work he had to perform. If you have a plumbing issue I am positive Service Plumbing and Anthoney would be the right choice for you.
