They came and did the job however one of their employees destroyed my new blue stone stairs. They splattered concrete all over my new window and couldn't get it off. Now the plumbing work they did is now leaking into my basement which caused a flood and I can't get in touch with anyone in their office and at Angi who recommended them to me. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars to break up my concrete to my foundation to fix the source of the leak.

The Company was unprofessional and did not do as they Sayed they would do

I had a break in the main water main that is under the foundation. I asked for a quote on Angi List and they called within 5 min and had someone here in an hour. Steve explained what needed to be done and how they would go about it. I agreed and they had a crew here the next morning. Artie and another guy whose name escapes me, came by at 9am and went to work. They were courteous and respectful of the property. They explained everything they were doing as they did it and they did fantastic work. Artie even came over on a Saturday to finish up. They went above and beyond and I would definitely hire them again.

We had a sudden leak around the inlet water pipe in our basement. Concrete was crumbling. Water coming in. They arrived within 30 minutes. Did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and showed us how they arrived at it. Water main to house was leaking. They replaced it with copper pipe. The old "pipe" from the street to the house put in 60 years ago was irrigation tubing that had cracked! They did a great job.

I agreed to purchase what was represented as a used tank that was used once and may have a dent. I was also told that the tank would be a Rheem or OEM...it is a no-name. The first time I used it in my whirlpool walk-in tub the water was full of dirt and left a ring around the tub. I called and was told they would come to drain the tank. They never showed up and the project manager John Stanton has ignored my phone calls and emails. Have tried several times. My wife suffers from dementia and I have mobility problems. I was told by my tub people not to use the tub as the debris may clog up the jets or pump. I have messaged Stanton and told him I was considerations filing a small claims...which I am in the process of doing. The tub is great therapy for my wife. Stanton has shown little compassion for my wife condition. Angi should take some kind of action and keep me informed of the outcome. I am ready to post my situation on social media. They have shown no interest in resolving this problem. Totally unprofessional.

Do not get this company, non existent customer service, looks like a scam, no known address. . I hired them to install a new boiler, the manager John Stanton told me they have a Peerless boiler, then after I agreed to hire them and paid deposit he then told me the next day that they dont have a Peerless boiler, they have a Force boiler instead. He also said they have 15 year warranty. One of the zones was continuously giving off heat even though the thermostat was turned off. Tried to call them multiple times about this issue but they dont answer my calls. So I did my own research found out they didnt install a check valve or flow control valve to prevent the natural convection of hot water flowing thru the pipe. Have to replace the Taco circulator pump with another Taco with built in check valve to prevent hot water flow by natural convection. How can they promise a 15 year warranty when they dont even answer my calls in the first place. As other reviewers have said, beware of this company. Angi should remove this company from their list as customers are being cheated with non existent warranty.

BEWARE!! Do not hire this company, they are not honest or transparent and they will work to the homeowners detriment. They do not care about you, only about their own needs. If you look up the companys name in the internet, there is no record of this company with that name.

I hired them to find and fix a leak in an upstairs bathroom. They came and gave an estimate to fix the leak and replace 2 toilets. One guy came. Believe his name was Steve. I hired them to do the work. Was not very professional. Did not put down any mats for dust. Needed help carrying old toilets out of the house, spilling water as he went. The new toilets were not properly anchored to the floor. The leak was behind the shower wall. Broke into the wall to fix and did not repair the wall! I Called 2x.each time spoke with someone else and explained the problems. They apologized and made appointments to come to fix the work. Never showed. Called 3rd time Friday evening. Said someone would get back to me on Monday. No one called. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THEY DO CALL BACK AND FIX THE ISSUE I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW!

The staff was amazing!

I started the job and they left it unfinished, a month had past and they not retuning the calls, I am worried that the job will not be finished, I am not able to use the bathroom ether. I probably have to hire some one else and expend more money Then I had estimated
