These people are totally and completely dishonest !!!!!!!!!!

"These people are the ones that are dishonest. I did exactly what I was hired to do. Then Mary B. came up with this scam to try to get her money back. A service was provided and her husband signed off and paid the invoice stating that they were 100 % satisfied then about 8 months later they decided that because their sprinkler did not work, it had something to do with my well installation. But at the time of installation Mr. B. told us that the well had not worked in years. Never one time did they ever complain about the well not supplying water to this day. So please, tell me how I was dishonest."

Came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and replaced the condenser and compressor despite heat and a torrential downpour. Dennis was very professional and said he would return in the next day or two to check the coolant levels at no cost. Highly recommend this company.

We had a new cartridge installed in a single-control shower faucet. Apparently, the installers didn't understand how to set the scald-control so that we could get hot water. We didn't think to test until the next morning, and "tepid" would best describe our shower experience. They sent out another technician who fixed it quickly. He also fixed a similar problem on our other shower. We were frustrated that we had to have someone return...but extremely pleased with the expertise and helpfulness of the second technician.
