Rich remolded a half bath with washer dryer. His work is exceptional! He showed up everyday and was always on time. Kept us update to as to what was being done. He finished the job when he said he would. Kept the demo work clean. We would highly recommend him and plan on using him in the very near future to re-do our foyer.

We hired Rich to complete a drywall repair in our basement. Work was top-notch, he was always on-time, extremely neat, and kept us up to speed on progress. Would hire him again for another project.

Richard was absolutely amazing. I rarely do reviews but I must say when posting my job, Richard was the only one who came onsite (and not just phone or text) to assess my project. We had a pipe leak in our garage wall which traveled to a few rooms. He was so thorough and detailed and pointed out many issues that all the others overlooked with respects to health/black mold. He is everything you would expect in a contractor... prompt, reliable, thorough, detailed, communicative, reasonably priced, hard working, works very clean, etc. He was able to spend a full day to complete the project, took pictures along the way. Everything was great and I would absolutely recommend his to everyone I know. I am sure he will exceed your expectations as he did with us!

I hired Service Resource & Restoration to repair damage caused by a ruptured water heater on the second floor of my mother's townhouse. The owner (Rich) was very attentive, knowledgeable in construction, and had experience in working with insurance companies to secure the money needed to do the repairs the right way. After the work was completed, we noticed a couple of areas where the paint needed to be retouched, which he took care of immediately. I would highly recommend SS&R to anyone who is currently looking for a contractor. They are not the cheapest, but they provide good value for the money.
