I was offered a ?free? follow up to service I had done. Stupid me for believing that. They found a problem, so I paid them to do a service. Wonders never cease, that didn?t solve it, but an extra $8000 service would. When I balked, I was magically offered a $1000 fix. I agreed to schedule that, not fully realizing that I would be instantly charged for the service before even scheduling. I asked a friend with electrical knowledge about what I had been told, and he said it is not the emergency I had been led to believe it is, and that the price I was quoted was excessive. I called the next day to say I would not be scheduling. They did not act concerned or surprised but did say it would take up to 30 days to get the charge off my card (which they had on file from the $400 charge I already wasted on them). I?ve told everyone I know in the Cities about this and several said they knew similar stories about this company. Do. Not. Hire.

A wonderful handyman, John D, came to unclog my shower drain. He was on time, professional, efficient, and got the job done. He also was very Happy which made me Happy. I would definitely hire this service again and ask for John D. Their prices were much less than every other plumbing service. Totally Satisfied.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
