"Customer service is our upmost importance. Sometimes all the facts are not mentioned, so let me begin with them. This job was booked durring a very rainy time. The experts are saying that this has been the rainiest winter that the gulfcoast has seen in seven years. Rain and fence work dont go well together. The second problem was, part of the fence was a special order item, and it came in the wrong height, so it had to be reordered. So both of these problems were beyond our control.We thought this customer understood this, but we do thank them for there business, and wish them the best!"
"Sorry that the customer felt this way, but may I point out that she failed to mention that there are weather delays and unforseen circumstances. The reason the job took longer than expected was because the weather tempature was too cool for the concrete to set around poles, and that was explained to her. Customer was very happy with project, she told installer that she really liked it. So these are the facts, so I don't know what the problem is. We strive very hard to please our customers, and this is an extreme rare case."
