"We sprayed an upholstery detergent, then we scrubbed the couch and the love seat with a brush, and we steam extracted. When they dried a few stains didn't come out. The customer called and I went back and did the whole job again. What I said was "there is no guarantee with upholstery". Because there is no guarantee a stain will come out. He forgot to mention that we removed chocolate spots that were on the arm rest."
