The gentleman that installed the dishwasher knew exactly what he was doing. The installers that work for Home Depot wouldn’t touch it. The ServiceOne guy had to take out the old unit first. He also hooked up the ice maker for the fridge. Great job.

My Kitchen Sink refused to drain even after all the work. Tom was able to find a cleanout in the front that was buried. We were then able to send a jetted snake thru the pipe to clean out the many years of build up and now I have no issues with my kitchen sink. He even suggested that I pay for a membership so I would have discounts on my future service calls. That in itself has saved me so much money because my house that I just purchased has had many plumbing issues.

I was charged 150$ and technician only fixed my sink half way. He said I need to order an clip to keep it in place and call another company. This was only after he left and I had to call him back.

I had to change this review. Since the showerhead was high I purchased a holder to place it a little lower. I noticed the showerhead did not go on the holder. Well, I found out why; the installer reversed the hose attachment. OK, I am a person that is not a plumber, however, I figured it out. Sorry, Paul, you did not install it correctly. Now I am concerned how the outside hose bib was installed.
