Inspection - Roofing

In AZ you do not need a contractors license to inspect but you do need one to do any work on the roof. I needed both and I assumed that he was licensed. At no point did Jeff communicate that he was only a handyman and not licensed. I should have done my homework! His work was terrible only after one month. There are still cracks and thin coating. I now have to hire a professional to get it done right. Very Unethical!

Serviceplus removed our old Sleep Number mattress and helped us set up the new Nectar replacement mattress. This was unnecessary but they volunteered to help out and it was very much appreciated. They also removed all the packing material associated with the new mattress.
