We hired Pete this season for snow removal and had a miserable all around experience. We were willing to pay 80$ for a typical residential town driveway. The job was done poorly (when done at all....will get to that) inexcusable customer service/communication ; timeframe for servicing. He arrived 2 days post snowstorm after having to repeatedly ask him if he was coming. The next time he never arrived, despite assuring me he would be there that day (still a day late). I asked him the night before to re-confirm, as I knew I was snowed in and would shovel then vs 5am. He said he d be there in a couple hours. He never came. I have personally never written a bad review before, it is not something I like to do. But this was a terrible all around experience and would be beneficial for others to see.
