I thought they were expensive. They explained it was the cost of the materials. I have to call them back because there is still a problem. They were here promptly however when I first called.

Our service guy came out and diagnosed the problem (with our AC) to be a frozen coil. He explained what that meant and what our options were. We could just replace the coil, but since the system was 23 years old, it made more sense to replace the outdoor unit as well because if the outdoor unit died after a new coil was installed, we'd have to replace the coil again due to the new kind of refrigerant used by today's units. They scheduled us for the work right away, and it's cooling nicely. Be sure sure to discuss what kind of thermostat you want if you're upgrading that. There was an issue with a young installer not understanding that the new wi-fi thermostat featured automatic switch-over from heat to cool, and how to set that up. So there was some back and forth over several days between different thermostats. (You have to enable that feature in the advanced settings.) But eventually we sorted it out and have what we want.

Service guy was great, I've used them twice for two different systems. spent the required time to correctly ID and address my issue.

Joe came and understand the issue and he helped me to fix it quick. Even they could come one day earlier and save me for another day without AC. The price was a little high but as all companies in this business, so I happily paid them for being able to sleep at night.

Customer Service for this company was a lot to be desired. I had to keep calling them for a receipt the work that was performed. Their excuse was that they were moving to a new location. That was a poor excuse because when you purchase anything, you are given an invoice/receipt. This was just unacceptable to me. As far as the work being performed, the workers were exceptional! I would definitely hire them again! Hopefully, Customer Service has it together. Some young people need to learn ethics, and it's a shame that because of Social Media where there is no face to face contact, there is very little to none! Had there Customer Service been professional I would have rated them a 5!
