Found the problem which wasn’t the softener after all.

They were efficient, professional and quickly realized my problem.

My compliments to Debbie in the office who was extremely helpful when I first called to ask questions about Servisoft Middlefield and whether or not they could work on my particular system. She explained their services and costs. Then, she asked if I could take pictures of my system and text them to her, so she could find out exactly whether Servisoft could help me. Once she received my pictures she called me back and assured me they work on those same tanks all the time. Debbie attached my pictures and the notes I sent so that the serviceman was familar with my issues and could get to work right away. Joe, the service tech who came out was professional, competent, and answered all my questions. He's worked for Servisoft for 22 yrs which says a lot about the company. Joe needed a part that was on another truck so he made sure that I got scheduled with a follow-up the next day and I didn't get an additional trip charge! I am very pleased with my repair experience and feel confident that I've found a new water system service provider. Thank you to the Servisoft Team!

I had Servisoft install a water purification system 20 years ago. It was an excellent solution to a challenging situation. Since then they have been servicing and repairing the system as needed. Joe is my go-to tech.

John was very knowledgeable about the details of the equipment and water testing. He helped install the equipment and later came back when I had questions. He was very polite and respectful. The sale was quick and our Salesman , Mark really spent a lot of time with us going over our water and recommended the best option for us. Install date was far out, but they accommodated our needs and got the job done the next week! Joe was excellent during our install as well. My water softener was not working right. I called Service soft of Middlefield Jason was my repair guy and he fixed my water softener and also told us how the water pressure tank worked. He was very friendly and explained everything about the water softener and the air pressure tank. I will call them again if I had problems with either one of my Units.

The sales personâ Billâ was excellent in providing information, explaining possible choices, and in answering questions. Installation was quicker than anticipated. Joe and his co-worker were knowledgeable and quite efficient. They made sure we understood operating the system before they left. Another point of gratitude was that Joe greeted our dogs and made sure the gate was locked and barriers in place before he and his co-worker returned to their vehicle.

Have used Servisoft of Middlefield for the past 16 years now. Each and every service call have been handled promtly and professionally. Jason, my service tech this go round was able to quickly diagnose my issue and had the spare part needed on hand. He also further educated me on how my system functions and troubleshooting-as every serve tech has done for me from servisoft. Great service techs and Jason was yet another I have come to know.
