Dave was very courteous, neat in appearance and knowledgeable, relating to my equipment. The general maintenance on my equipment was done in a timely manner and in a very detailed fashion. When he was done testing my water, including my RO, and doing the Stenner maintenance, etc. he cleaned up the area where he had been working. The timers were on my equipment were readjusted and tested the chlorine level as well. My equipment was installed and has been maintained by Servisoft since 1998. Great equipment and service. I’ve had different techs at my home and they all do a good job. The office staff always very helpful in getting service scheduled on days and times that work best for me. Very happy customer!

In my opinion there is not a single other company that has ALWAYS deliveres the finest service professionally, friendly and in accordance with your time frame. They have always come out when needed promptly and performed the required service in a prompt manner without ever having stated that I should consider having something else fixed. We moved into our home the summer of 2019 where a water softener was already installed in the home. The employees were always helpful with my many questions as I never had a softener before and recently Duane replaced our old system with a new one. Very polite and helpful. On earlier diagnostic visit Jason identified fine 30-50 micron material in my well water and provided a quote to add 5 micron in-line filter, which he installed on a 2nd visit including bypass plumbing. He explained how to inspect and replace filter. I will use them in future if needed for my water treatment needs.

We hired Servisoft to install a new water softener system in our home in October 2021, after meeting and discussing our needs with the sales rep, Mark, who was very helpful and explained the process well. Duane and Paul were both very friendly, professional and respectful when coming into our home to install the system. Duane was very knowledgeable and explained the new system to me step-by-step.
