Jason was the man who checked out the water system in a house I am renting. That has well water That was clearly not treated correctly. He was thorough and professional and told me exactly what the situation was and resolved all the issues in a timely and polite manner. He Fixed several things the landlord had missed and Spent the necessary time to teach me what is required to keep the system working correctly. He was calm and patient with all my questions and that enabled me to feel that the system is now up and running as it should have been. The charges were well worth it and I Am going to use them to deliver salt for the system as needed.

I am very satisfied with the water system I had installed by Servisoft many years ago. The service tech, Duane, with his partner, did the installation expertly. Duane has done my yearly pump service ever since then. We have a great rapport and he is more like a friend doing the service than a stranger. The owner Dennis, who has retired and his son Nick, have treated me extremely well, always helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company for all your water needs!

We have used Servisoft of Middlefield for over five years and in two homes. They are the best local water filtration company in my opinion. Duane took the time to install our equipment along with new valves. He is professional and clean. I was very impressed how he ran the lines and eliminated so much we didnâ t need. Water pressure is constant and our pump doesnâ t kick on all the time now. They will ship my filters automatically, worry free service. Great employees make a great company.

Mark Verma was our sales consultant he did a fantastic job explaining our options and how the different systems work, (had a mask on for Covid 19 concerns) great guy! Dwayne was our installer he showed up on time, was very professional (also had a mask on for Covid 19 concerns) furthermore he explained everything that I needed to do to easily help maintain my own system also a great guy. I would recommend EcowaterServisoft for all your water purification needs great job guys!
