Joe, the service technician, was friendly and competent. He came out to review our system because of a "continuous flow" error message which was recurring. He thoroughly checked for any leakage and found none. He also checked the software program and said it was OK. However, the reading showed a huge amount of water going through the system. Our water bills did NOT show any excessive water useage. Thus it seems their system's software was incorrect. Overall we are pleased with Servisoft and the system.

We hired Servisoft of Middlefield back in 2002 when we recently moved into our newly-built home. We did not have good well water and the water treatment system recommended and installed by Servisoft makes our water perfect, drinkable, and no rust ring in the toilets or sinks! Servisoft has serviced our systems every year since then. We always request Dave Baumgardner as our Service Tech as he knows our complete system inside and out. Dave is a top-notch water technician and we give him A+'s for everything. We have always found the owners and other employees of Servisoft to be courteous, professional, and responsive. We highly recommend Servisoft of Middlefield.
