Hired Northeast Texas Blinds and More (Seth Alexander) with referral from Robert Hernandez. Gave a large deposit and was ghosted after measurements were taken. Not reputable!

Do not hire. Similar story as other reviews. Takes a large deposit after measuring then ghosts you. Claimed my order was ready and installers would contact me but they never did. I called the manufacturer up and they told me thatNortheast Texas Blinds and More (Seth Alexander) never finalized the order. Scam artist! I received a recommendation to use him from another person in the blinds business Robert Hernandez. Would recommend steering away from them.

I hired them to build and install three plantation shutters. It has been almost two months since they measured and took a substantial deposit. They no longer respond to text messages, voice mail or email. I feel like I have been robbed.
