He was very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection. When he completed the inspection, he walked through the entire house and went over everything with us. There were no surprises when we received the report. He was available for hire the next day on a Saturday and had a very detailed report to us in less than 24 hours. Provided excellent customer service.
