My 70 inches Visio tv wonâ t turn on all of sudden. I did my research, googling and asking friends and decided to go for a pro help. Got matched with Seth via Angi. It is pretty amazing that they are very easy to work with, no upsell, transparent with what May or May not be the problem and the cost options. Seth and his assistant installed an in-attic Over The Air (OTA) antenna. From the start, the process was very polished. His company communicated plans and progress with phone calls, messaging and e-mail in a way that all service companies should, but rarely do. The omnidirectional antenna picked up 39 channels, which was a pleasant surprise since I live in Bella Vista and most bridge and broadcast antennas are closer to the more metropolitan areas of NWA. I asked what other tech services they offer and found out that they install virtually any type of consumer electronic equipment, and do warranty work for most of the major manufacturers of home electronic devices. I failed to ask if they also troubleshoot home networking problems, but if they do, they should be kept in mind. All in all, it was a flawless experience.
