Set in Stone Quartz, Granite, & Marble

Dmytri did a fabulous job! He was responsive to questions, worked with our other contractor on logistics and timeline coordination, and delivered a high quality end result for a fair price. We are very satisfied.

These guys are great. Dymitri is excellent at spotting the details to get the job done right. Their bid was very straightforward and competitive. The stone cutter did a great job of working with the grain of the slabs, and the installation crew did high quality work. There was good communication throughout the process and the results are excellent. I liked the work for the kitchen so much I hired them back to do the bathroom.

After waiting for three months for Lowe's to do my new counter tops, and install a new sink, new garbage disposal and new faucet, with no action, I contacted Set in Stone on June 1 and the installation of the counter top and all the necessary plumbing disconnect and reconnecting plumbing was done in one day on June 11-- eleven days from start to finish. Before the installation, I was able to go to Bedrosian's to view and select my granite slab. Because of a gap between the counter top and the existing backsplash we have ordered a travertine pencil trim to resolve the problem when the trim comes. Dmytri and the installers and the plumber were very nice to work with throughout the entire process. I am very happy with my new counter tops.

everything was done in a timely manner and with great results. The only thing is my granite countertop was unlevel and i was told it was due to the new cabinets being unlevel and there was nothing they could do about it. I didn't know this until it was installed and I noticed water creeping down the opposite way from the sink. Nothing could be done and i should contact my cabinet installers is what o was told. Well it's a little too late for that so I'll have to keep a cloth behind the faucet whenever I run the sink. It would have been nice to know the new cabinets were unlevel BEFORE the granite was installed. Other than that, I really like Demetri (sp) and his workmanship in cutting the slab with no seams.

The original quote was for a small low grade granite slab. When we went shopping, the tier 1 slab we chose cost $200 more. The countertops look great now. But we discovered several chips and flaws after payment. He did return to repair those. There was some demo and drywall involved in our project. They did replace drywall in parts, but other areas were left with holes from the demo and yet other areas they used "mud" which is now cracked. There was a shower tile job also. It looks great but the edges are not finished. The quote did not include materials He provided a materials list and we asked him to purchase those. He did not buy the grout needed and then asked us for it stating that it was needed before the tile work completed. He insisted on keeping the receipts for the materials that he bought and we reimbursed him. So my advise it to know exactly what you want

They are very easy to work with, and we got a good value for the money

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Very good value.

They were awesome and lived up to their promise for customer satisfaction

I've never seen anyone answer texts and call back so timely. Every time. The process of choosing the granite and options was simple and to the point. Dmytri beat other bids by a lot and our granite was installed the same week. We had a couple of rough spots on the installation but he more than made it right. I'll be calling him soon to install the granite countertops in my other bathrooms.

Very professsional , Quality work

WOW! Dymtri, the owner of Set in Stone is a remarkable human being and does outstanding work. He returns text messages and phone calls promptly. He is always on time. After looking at tons of granite for our kitchen countertops, we ended up getting the one he had already picked out for us! We are frankly overwhelmed by the quality of his work. And...his estimate, which ended up being exactly the cost, was about 50% less than his competitors. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Set in Stone!

Good work

You can't go wrong with this company. Dmytri worked within our timeframe and budget, installing really stunning granite counter tops only a week after we viewed the slab. He has a great eye and the expertise to gauge how the final counter tops will look, when comparing slabs. Without his advice, we would never have ended up with such a great result. His pricing is excellent value for the quality of work and overall professionalism. We highly recommend Set in Stone!

Dmytri was so easy to work with and made sure that he communicated well at every turn. The whole team was great and did a wonderful job.

Great value. Excellent selection. Had vanity tops for three bathrooms installed within a week. Would definitely recommend.

They were on time, professional and fairly priced.

Set In Stone is a fantastic company that absolutely crushed my expectations. Here is why, in no particular order: 1) Reputation: I read all the reviews on Set In Stone on Home Advisor. They were held in high regard from all reviewers. 2) Quick Response: They responded almost immediately to my request with a simple quote attached. 3) Cost: The quote was extremely competitive in comparison to what other companies had quoted me. I had 2 vanity counter tops installed + 3 sinks and 1 vanity back splash. My project was only about 21 sqft which Dmytro was able to use remnants from other projects to cut costs on my end. 4) Quick project start: He scheduled an in home measurement the day I decided to choose Set In Stone (on a Friday afternoon). 5) Quick project installation: Dmytro scheduled the installation for the following Monday, 3 days from when he took measurements and 4 days from when I initially emailed him! The installation took only 2 hours! 6) Excellent craftsmanship: The cuts on the quartz vanities seem as perfect as they could be. The edges are even and look perfect as well. The sinks were centered with their corresponding cabinets. The quality:cost ratio is very high with Set in Stone. 7) Personable: Dmytro and his team are very friendly, polite, and professional. I am proud to endorse this company for others and will recommend them to all of my friends who own houses! I will definitely be calling them in the future when I have the time and money to remodel my kitchen.

Prompt, fast service.

Awesome price, value, and customer service. They even cleaned up their mess before they left which is better than most tradesman.

I am so happy with my new Granite counter tops the are beautiful!! Hiring Set in stone from the begging to the end of the project did an excellent job!! Dmytri is very professional and did the exact job that we had planned. The priced was very fair compared to other quotes I had received. I will be calling him again to do my bathroom granite. Look no further Set in stone is the company to hire!!!

Not only did Set in Stone provide us with a beautiful granite slab countertop at a very affordable price, the installation fee was very reasonable as well. We couldn't be more pleased with how the finished product turned out. Best of all was working with the business owner Dmytri Kalchyk. He is by far the most honest, down to earth contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. While his attention to detail and follow up skills are most admirable, I was particularly impressed with his always pleasant demeanor and his willingness to go well above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Set in Stone to anyone who is looking for quality product and workmanship at a reasonable price from an honest, dependable, and qualified contractor.

I highly recommend Set In Stone for all your counter top needs. They have the best customer service, best competitive pricing, and best overall experience! They were by far one of the best contractors we have ever used.

Made time to accommodate our schedule (we were in a rush). Was very attentive to detail, and went above and beyond to be sure the project succeeded. Made suggestions for further improvements. Will call him again for sure.

They made time to come fix my sink the same day I called.
