Like many contractors, this company stays busy. My complaints are underestimating project times, difficulty communicating with the owner, and having to send back material because it wasn't what I ordered. I did get the right material after arguing with Edmon but Chris (project lead) made sure it was corrected. It caused delays. My remodel was estimated to be completed in two weeks by the owner and it actually took six weeks. We enjoyed the crew but had to ensure they were doing the work correctly. Minor mistakes that we corrected but again, causing delays. I would recommend Setom but advise to double the estimated completion time and allow for budget overages because you will have change orders. Overall though I am pleased with the results and the costs were not execessive.

Our estimated completion time is based on the approved scope of work, upon scheduling and contract signing. As our contract states, changes made during the process of your job may result in delays, as well as addition expenses. As for the material that you are referring to... we did resolve this matter. We also covered the expense of that misunderstanding. We were under the impression that you were satisfied with the resolution. Our sincere apologies if this is not the case. We greatly appreciate your business and hope that you will contact us for any future projects."

The quality of work was less than I expected. They had the best prices for several different projects. So my speculation is that they can be other quotes because they don't hire the highly qualified sub-contractors. A few corners was cut and had to make them repeat work. However, they wanted to ensure I was fully satisfied and done everything within reason to accomadate.
