Seven24 Concrete Pumping LLC

I tried to hold out on this review and give these guys the benefit of the doubt. But I was merely wasting my time. And I really wanted to leave them a good review, but at this point I can't. First off, the job was not completed, even tho they were paid in full before the job was finished. I tried contacting them about what was left incomplete, but to no avail. There was concrete splattered all over the back of the house, which I was told would be pressure washed off, it wasn't. The sewage outlet to the city was never covered up as stated in the quote. There was a very large uneven spot right where the outside table sits that puddles water bad. The cool decking paint that they came back and finished is a darker color than the color they started out with. The guy told me he lost his butt on this job...but he was paid what was quoted, and everything left unfinished or messed up was included in that price. I know nothing about concrete, so I felt like he should've known how to price it.

Prices/charges are fair and easy to understand. No random surprise charges to sneak up on you. Polite workers and professional modest attitudes. Clear communication and ensures you are involved in the decisions all the way through
