Seven Builders did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. The kitchen was damaged due to the ice storm. Replaced flooring, ceiling, walls, cabinets etc. Communication was great. I would highly recommend them.

Deck or Porch
Brad and his team were fantastic. Very responsive and were able to squeeze me into their schedule extremely quickly. Brad came out, gave a fair quote, reinforced my deck, and stuck to the quote! The deck reinforcement was exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier with their work! Highly recommend.

Yes, the framing was above my expectations. The crew done an excellent job. It really looks nice. Brad kept me informed the whole way and his son Boston was a great help. Also, I only have one small complaint the crew done a pretty good job cleaning up, but they did not run a magnet around the area. Fortunately, I have one I picked up around 10 to 15 screws and miscellaneous metal items. This is the only complaint that I have.

Brad did a great job for us! He built in the top of a column on our balcony using no rot board so that it would stand up to the elements and to prevent birds from being able to build nests there. He also addressed some settling that had occurred. I am attaching before and after pictures (before, we had a water jug up there to keep the birds away :-)). Brad does great quality work and works very quickly. He was very dependable and great with communication. He also did some other small jobs for us. We would hire him again in a minute and recommend him highly.

Brad and his team were one of the best contractors Iâ ve ever worked with! Brad was great with the initial visit and even had suggestions for various aspects of the job. He and his team asked questions and sought my opinion when ever there was doubt or when they had additional ideas. They showed up when they said they would (100% of the time), they kept me appraised of everything, and were flexible with new ideas and my schedule. They have passion and they care about doing quality work. Youâ d be crazy not to hire River Mark Builders!

Fire or Smoke Damage Recovery Service
We had a fire in our home that started in the basement and totally destroyed the basement and caused extensive smoke and soot damage to the rest of the house. After firing another company for insufficient work, we hired Molnar Design. They were very prompt, courteous and totally transformed our house! Their workers were excellent and very meticulous. They left our home BETTER than before the fire. Would highly recommend their services.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Took far too long to complete and paid far too much for quality of service. Brad is quick to collect checks, but that is about the only thing he is going to show up for.
