Central A/C - Install
You be the judge. The company installs a new a/c unit that produces so much condensation that it soaks the new plenum. Once the plenum can take no more water the ceiling in my living room gets damaged. As a net result, it took two more visits over 4 weeks for these people to get their installation correct. Now they are refusing to fix the ceiling in my living room. They have thumbed their nose at me twice and ignored the Better Business Bureau about fixing the damage to my living room ceiling. Go to any source on the web and you will find these people have a total disregard for doing right by their customers. I now have an attorney going after these people and will be notifying the States Attorney Generals office. There are too many complaints about these people. (Going back 10+ years!) These people are a train wreck. Go find another a/c company.
