Window Frame - Repair
After starting job, they realized there was more damage than expected. We had to renogotiate the deal. They said 1 day. It took 3. They said they'd return Friday 12th, 9am. After many calls they came 20 mins before I had to lv for work. I made the point I had to leave at 1:30pm again and again, but still they were late and unprepared. They lost bracket and latch for one window. I instructed everyone to pack up and leave so I could go to work. They were to look for the missing parts. I called to schedule a return, no one answered until you called them to inquire. I finished hanging the window myself. I want my missing parts or money bk

Horrible experience. Failed to meet timeline. Did not have knowledge or experience of the job. His helper knew more. the owner is completely unreliable and incompetent. I am now having to hire a second person to come re-do their job. cut my door frames, and replaced them with wood not to size. grout is all over the floor. the tiles are uneven. the biggest issue is that they failed to keep the timeline agreed upon, and i missed 2 days of work tracking them down. when they finally showed, 2 days late, at 4 p.m... i was up until 1 AM with them working on the bathroom. they promised to return early to complete the job, and again,didn't
