Did a terrible job. Did not stand behind his work. Left the work unfinished and wouldn't return to finish. I had paid him in full and that was a big mistake. Left the toilet flange two inches above the floor. Couldn't mount the toilet he was supposed to reinstall. Had to call another plumber to come in and correct all his mistakes. Was supposed to replace the drainpipe from the ceiling to the bottom of the floor. Only replaced the first three feet down from the ceiling. Had drywall reinstalled and was told that there was no leak. Once the new plumber installed the toilet this company was supposed to have installed, we turned the water on and two days later the leak was back. This guy fixed nothing and took my money. Run from this company. Terrible.

Didn't show up when promised.

The gentlemen were very polite and respectful. They came out the same day for an emergency (a severely clogged drain), which was very much appreciated. However, the problem was not solved, despite assurances that it was. A second company came out and found a piece of an old plumbing snake that had somehow been stuck in the pipe, which was causing the clog. The second company believed that the piece should have been able to be detected (and removed) by Sewer & Drain Specialists during the first check, as it was very large. I am not a plumber, so I can only go by what they tell me. I hate leaving anything but glowing reviews, but it is also important to note when things don't go quite so well, to hopefully avoid the same problem in the future, as it did end up costing double what it should have to fix the problem and almost a week of extra time without working toilets/showers/etc.

Drain was cleared as contracted. The price was very high. But they did show up within two hours of the call. They worked out of their unmarked truck and one had their 3-4 yr old daughter in the cab during the job. So one of them had to stay in the truck all the time with her. It did not stop the work from getting done. But I had wondered why they kept splitting up who did what.

It was a speedy response with a positive outcome.

They did not show up at first, waiting all evening. I had to call the next morning, and they came out that afternoon. I feel I was charged too much, 5 minutes of putting on a part was 350.00 I did not know it was that much until I went to pay. The total bill was 832.00, totally was not expecting that much. The 2 workers that came out were professional and friendly. One of them even said he thought that was too much, but it was not up to him. Other than charging too much, everything is fine. Edited : They did not fix the clog.. when I called them wanted to charge me more. I called our sewer company, they guys worked 20 minutes unclogged.. took a huge clog out and put acid down the line. I do not recommend.. he acted like this was my fault after contacting him when my sewer company did what he couldnâ t. 800.00 he charged me!

They came out to check on a clog that turned out to be roots in the sewer pipe. They knew exactly what to do and the guys were super nice. They explained everything and they performed their work professionally. The customer service was perfect. I will be having them back to replace the sewer pipe under the basement floor with full confidence. I would hire them again for any plumbing job in the future.

The gentlemen were prompt and efficient. Anthony and Ken arrived the day I called them and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They were curious and friendly.

Fast response for emergency

Anthony and his crew, Kenny, Caleb and others, were knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Our issues began on Christmas Day. Anthony contacted me that evening and was here the next day. They worked on the holiday weekend and tried their best to eliminate our issues without a major expense. However, our issues required a total replacement of our outside line which Anthony and his crew were successful in replacing at the quote he provided.

Very nice guys found my problem and fixed something that has been damaged for a while knew exactly what to look for. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. They answered me quickly too. I am very thankful for them and all they did

Wow is all I can say. They came out on Christmas Eve. They were very respectful and got my commode flushing again which was huge. Thank you thank you thank you is all I am say. Would highly recommend.
