I feel that I was convinced to have an unnecessary whole sewer line clean-up for $950 when I only had a simple bathtub drain clog. They cleaned out the sewer line and the clog was still there. I took them another 1/2 hour to find the clog which was close to the top of the drain. I will never call them again.

My sewer line either needed to be excavated/replaced or a liner installed. I received many quotes/options and decided to hire Sewer Heroes. I'm thrilled with my decision! Mike was professional, very knowledgeable and the price was fair considering the alternatives. Super Heroes installed a liner in my sewer line to the town main so I virtually got a new sewer line and no excavation! Impressive technology and these guys know what they are doing. They cleaned up everything as if they never came. I highly recommend them! Mike is a champ!

Be careful with this contractor. They give one year warranty on the work they perform but when you call to perform work under warranty, they claim the work is not covered by the warranty. Also, tried to change around $800 to clear a drain. What a ripoff. Stay Away From This Contractor!!!!

The people at Sewer Heroes were very accommodating and professional. I thought the original price was fair, however there was more wrong than I thought and it costs much more but they were willing to work with me. Overall I had a good experience with them and would recommend anyone to use them. Chris was great!

They were great. They were the last estimate of three contractors I contacted and within 10 minutes I knew I was going to hire them. The were able to find the problem right away and provide a variety of problem solvers. Chris and ?Mike? were very courteous, professional and honest. Although it turned out to cost more than I expected they were very detailed about the work that would need to be done and up front about the costs possibilities so I was not surprised. They came at 8pm to provide an estimate and was ready to fix the job right there on the spot. I opted for a different day and they were on time and finished early. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

It was a very expensive repair after only thinking I was going to spend under 200 dollars. It turned out to be much more complicated and I was advised to do much more work than I had anticipated. My hopes are high that this will correct the problem going forward. Time will tell.

It was an emergency; however it took a couple of hours and it was very expensive.

They are highly unprofessional and unethical, they first run the snake straight into an elbow i guess in an attempt to make a hole, then pulls it out when i notice him ding it, and said "there is rust that bad" I paid and asked to snake the drain to the main sewer line in the street and he come with a 40 foot snake that cant reach the main 120 feet away. Then proceed to remove one wipe and say it's clear i asked please redo the snake he wasn't happy about it but did it again. They he said the clog is very bad you need to water jet the drain at a cost of $1000. When i said i have to think about it he claim that Braircliff resident has a discount and they can do it for $900. when i said i have that done before for just 250 he said you didn't get a water jet and became angry. so when he left instead of twisting in the drain cap he just hammered it in. I will never ever use this company

My plumber Chris was great. He arrived at 11pm when I got home from work to clear my main sewer line clog. First he snaked the line but it turned out I needed hydro jetting to clear out the line. I had no idea what it entailed because I just bought and moved into this house but he explained everything and gave me a fair price. He was here for a few hours and checked several times that the line was clear. I would recommend sewer heroes, especially since they are available 24/7 for emergencies.

The guy came over and was instructed to snake a main pipe which he said he would. He snaked my sink and told me I needed some expensive flush of my line which we chose not to do. After that, he refused to snake our clean out and told us that we would be calling him back for the flush. $300 later and my pipes are worse than before he came. I do not recommend this company but may report them to the Better Business Bureau. Beware!!!

They were truly super heroes- they were so quick and thorough that we couldn't believe they did anything!! Would definitely recommend them!!

Two nice guys came within 2 hours of my call for a clogged drain. They were polite and professional. it took two tries and it was cleared. The snake had to get down to my basement. They cleaned up also after it was done

I had a huge problem in my basement. Raw sewage had backed up and was coming in smelling horrible and all over. They came in and quickly identified the problem. They replaced the main sewer line and cleared it. A few weeks later it backed up again. I called them to come check it out. They came and cleared the blockage for free even though it had nothing to do with their original work! They're beyond professional and work is definitely guaranteed. Customer proven!

Didn't address the problem (sewer smell in basement) and led my wife into getting a video inspection which cost even more. Never mentioned that the plug to the sewer drain pipe no longer fits. Basement continued to smell because of the sewer pipe wasn't plugged and I had to hire another plumber after a week of smells. Problem was easily fixed by using new plugs.

I will be recommending them to all my friends. They were very professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

Sewer heroes are amazing. They showed up on a Sunday night to clear a very clogged drain in my tub. So professional and yet so kind. I will not only use them in the future for my home but will recommend them at my office in NYC. Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely punctual. Thank you!!

These guys are good but give estimate & did the job different way which should be much cheaper.
