Sewer Lines Only

After one company claimed to have scoped the line to the street (but failed) our sewer backed up and flooded the basement with sewage. Another company chipped tiles while trying to clean the line. I tried multiple companies to give estimates and Jake at Sewer Lines Only was not only the most professional it was obvious that he took pride in his work and wanted to get the job done right. The estimate was very reasonable and very well documented. They did not charge for the scope in order to determine the problem. Once I accepted their bid their customer service was way beyond my expectations - they wanted to schedule on a day that was my anniversary and the scheduler quickly said that would be unacceptable and said she would call back when she could re-arrange some other jobs. They moved us up a couple of days. The work crew arrived on time and explained everything that was going to happen and kept us informed throughout the process (when we had to stop using water and when we could turn it back on). The work was kept as minimally invasive to our lawn as possible and they restored it to near perfect condition. With the repair they installed a two-way clean out to help in the future. Jake came by to show me, on the scope, the repaired pipe and the completed job to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction. The city inspector was there on time so there was no delay in the restoration. They started at 8:30 AM and were finished by noon. I could not have asked for better service or professionalism from the entire crew; from Jake to the scheduler, down to the man in the trench with a shovel. Each person was respectful and skilled in their work.

Sewer Lines Only was by far, the best price for a misaligned pipe requiring hand digging. The crew came at 8:30AM and were done by 1PM. The office staff was responsive and accommodated our availability. They got out quickly, were professional and prompt. I would use them again for future sewer line projects.

After two plumbing companies failed to open a clogged kitchen line I called Sewer Lines Only for clearing the line. Their technician Cameron showed up with a camera and 95ft long snake. He worked very hard for 2.5 hours in a relatively dirty storage room by running the camera and trying to clean the line. Unfortunately the line was plugged very severely and his tools were not capable of clearing the line. Cameron was as disappointed as I was. Despite his tireless efforts he decided that he would not be able to open the clogged line after all. Cameron cleaned the messy room nicely and he told me he would not charge me because the job was not completed. I was pleasantly surprised. I don't think there are many companies for being fair, responsible and customer friendly such as Sewer Lines Only. Their customer service and technicians are extremely pleasant and willing to help customers. I would not hesitate to call them next time and recommend to anyone who has plugged line or sewer issues.

This was a dirty, messy project. It lasted 5 days instead of the planned 3. The end results appear good but only time will tell. I feel that the workmen could have better protected my home from the dust and dirt. Also the city inspector was here 3X before the work passed inspection. However I was impressed with Ian Brown's reconfiguring the sewer line to avoid running it under the furnace and hot water heater as was done in the original construction. No one else offered that approach.

I needed my original clay sewer line replaced before I went ahead with re-doing the landscaping in my backyard. I called several companies and they were the best offer around. Did a great job! They even had to move my chicken coop around to complete the job and put it all back together. A few minor things got broken in their process of working (part of my chicken fence) and they replaced it to put it back like new. Would recommend working with them!

Selling house and inspection found a sag/belly in our sewer line that needed fixing. Needed the work performed quickly and received several quotes. Greg arrived at the house and gave us the most reasonable quote and said his crew could perform and complete the work in a day that same week. After a delay due to torrential rain, the crew started the work but found the pipeline was buried much deeper than normal (11-12 feet down). This added another day before the work was complete. The crew did an amazing job considering where the pipe ran (underneath a tree and flower beds). The project leader, Wyatt, kept us informed of the progress and was in constant touch throughout. On completion he then performed and recorded a camera video of the sewer line for us. Considering the conditions and problems that arose, Sewer Line Only performed a great job and kept to the quoted price. All involved were amazing, from Greg - who I can only describe as a "real gentleman" (such a nice man), Wyatt, and all the crew - thank you.

Sewer issues are obviously an unpleasant experience but Wyatt and his team arrived and corrected my problems in 1 day! They were very nice young men! Moreover, when they had completed the job they left my established landscaped yard-my pride and joy-looking as though they had never been there! What a great company!!

Great experience! I received several bids before deciding to go with Sewer Lines Only when I was experiencing some major back ups in my plumbing. From the first time I spoke with Greg to get pricing information, to when the guys came out to my house to examine my sewer line, to the finish of the installation--- I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and honesty of this company. I was very comfortable knowing that I made the right decision to work with them after they explained everything to me before starting any work and kept the communication open during the process. Not to mention, they were a cheaper option than some other quotes I received. I would definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends!
