Sewer Surgeon responded immediately to our request on Angi for plumbing services. They were quick to set up an appointment for an estimate, and for the service. They did not rush the work and they did a thorough job of replacing old cast iron sewage pipes. Everything works great. Would call them again.

Clean and efficient quote process. Timely service and professional installation of water heater. Could have been clearer on the tank description and warranty information. Has to negotiate for a higher end tank than quoted due to lack of an explanation of tank. Otherwise, not a bad experience.

Quick and easy to work with

The gentlemen that came out where very professional and super nice! They did a great job of explaining to me what needed to be fixed and they even took the time to completely look at the issue before giving me a quote. Unlike a different company that just came out, looked at the shower without even looking at the problem and wanted to charge me $2100. I would highly recommend the Sewer Surgeon to anyone. I cannot thank the kind gentlemen that came out enough!

I highly recommend Sewer Surgeon!! They unclogged a major pipe in my basement at a very reasonable rate, when a larger company told me I would need to tear up my basement floor and replace the pipe for a cost of over $6,000. Sewer Surgeon were my second opinion plumbers, but now they are my go-to plumbers!! Professional, courteous, efficient and thorough!

This company is super unprofessional and ruined our property investment deal by having poor communication. The owner showed up on the job to do a task his wife did not tell him about which resulted in us being charged extra and then them ultimately deciding they were not going to be able to do it cus they had another job. This was very upsetting and the owners wife took no accountability and blamed me the customer despite having talked in lengthy and send pictures before of the job. They wasted all of our time and now the deal is dead in the water because we thought we would found someone to do it. To say I am livid about the lack of competence, price transparency and professional is an understatement. There are way too many contractors in the area to refer this one no customer should be treated this way it helps to work with bigger more reputable names in the business with integrity.
