It took a lot longer than was promised to get the appraisal, and the appraisal came in much higher than expected, compared to almost identical properties on the same street sold only 3 months before. Asked for more information to understand this, no response.

He was on time to view the property. He made several mistakes on the paperwork. He promised me the report no later than one week. I called day 8, he promised that evening. I received the report 10:37 p.m. on day 9. I would not recommend.
