My experience with this company was amazing, the technician Gage was wonderful, he was friendly, , respectful . He was knowledgeable he let us know every step of the way what he had to do. He fixed the problem. He knew how stressed we were and calmed our fears. I just want to say thank you Gage you did an amazing job. I will definitely use this company again I highly recommend them.

We had a clogged toilet that we plunged and used chemicals on to no avail. A quick call to Micah and he was here within 2 hours and cleared the clog in minutes. Personable, pleasant and prompt service. Who could ask for more?

Our kitchen was raining bath water this past weekend; the first problem we’ve had to solve in our house as first time homeowners. I was so stressed! Ian W. came out Sunday afternoon, and was so thorough and solved all of our issues. He was detailed in explaining the problem and solutions without it being overwhelming. He was professional, kind, and patient with the chaos of our busy house! I’d highly recommend this company, and you’re lucky if Ian is your technician! The cost was affordable too. Thank you!

We had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend. Micah and Wyatt responded quickly, were able to identify the problem and provide a long-term solution that gave us peace of mind. They worked efficiently, clearly explained everything to me, and left the work area clean. Their pricing is very reasonable and affordable. We will definitely call Sgt. Smith’s if we were to have any plumbing issues in the future.

Gave them a call about my toilet not flushing and needing some stuff replaced. Randy came out and fixed it. He was so kind and understanding. He told me what was wrong and how I can prevent it from happening. My toilet now flushes better than it ever had. Super reasonable pricing as well. Randy you rock.

Turns out our basement problem has been solved! The only plumber I called (I called ten plumbing companies that advertised 24 hours service) who really is 24 hours service came out at 10 pm last night and figured out that our new sump pump had a defective float mechanism. Great guy who used to be an intelligence analyst in the Marines. Hence the name of his company Sargent Smithâ s Drain Cleaning Services. The owner is Micah Smith. 207-432-9378. Great service and very fair pricing. All 5 star reviews on every app.It turns out the Zoeller pumps you can buy at Home Depot are not as good as the Zoeller pumps a plumber buys at a plumbing supplier that are made entirely of cast iron and have a more reliable float mechanism. Like the way Koehler makes â big box storeâ Home Depot versions of their bath products that are different and not as good. The float valve on the Zoeller we had in there was defective so it was running every 20 seconds and eventually overheating/ stopping every few hoursâ ¦ flooding our basementâ ¦ bc it was only running on the backup float which has a very short run cycle. He also put in an alarm alongside the new pump that will alert us with a smoke detector type loud beeping noise if there is an issue with water in the basement. Couldnâ t be more pleased.

Will Lessard was extremely punctual, professional & thorough. The job took longer than expected but he remained positive and got the problem cleared up. He noticed an issue with the drain pipe in my basement & made suggestions to fix it without pushing a sale. I felt confident in his abilities and would recommend Sgt Smith’s without hesitation

We have high standards for workmanship and customer service, and Sgt. Smiths exceeded them all! After having been in a total panic over our sewer back-up for weeks, William came in and took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes! He was extremely nice and courteous, explaining everything he was doing, informing us on preventive measures on our end, and calculated quotes for a future project. He even took the payment over the phone from my brother. The bill was precisely what we were quoted, and an amazing price it was, at that. Don't look elsewhere, call them first!

Will arrived first thing in the morning and thoroughly cleaned out my clogged kitchen pipe. The price quoted was the price charged. Completely cleaned the work area even though I told him not to worry, I would take care of it. I have some other projects that need repair/ installation. Sgt. Smith is now my'go to' plumber.
