The gentleman who came out to take care of some screens Rogeralo from the office on Odgen Ave in Downers Grove, IL. He was extremely professional did a great job of fixing something and was a nice person to work with. It is Rogeralo who I would trust to do the same job again.

Young lady that came out to do my gutters was amazing. She finished in less than two hours. She was very professional and very informative. And I was 100% pleased with the job that she did I would recommend her highly.

Hiring them was easy including getting a quote online. Good price. The crew arrived on time and were courteous. I was shocked to find out their gutter cleaning does not include downspouts. In fact, they had no tool to clean downspouts. Disappointing. Will not rehire.

This was the best window cleaning (interior and exterior)service that I have ever had. They did a better than excellent job, great communication, spotless on the clean up and such a polite, accommodating crew. One of the owners even came by and jumped in to help the guys...she is fabulous as well...gives the estimates in a prompt professional manner and then shows up to help or just to make sure you are happy! Look no further...Shack Shine is the BEST! Hope they are around forever!!!

Shack Shine was quick to respond to my inquiry. They came out measured the same day,emailed me an estimate and did the job the following day. Did a great job. Kennedy (an owner) did the entire job. From contact to estimate to actual labor. Kind and responsive. I have hired them to do another job (power washing) this week
