Shack Shine - Florida East

We've used Shack Shine in Ormond Beach, Florida, on two occasions: once for gutter cleaning and most recently to clean algae off the roof. They did a fantastic job both times and were very professional and respectful about making sure our shrubs and plants were kept safe. It is rare to encounter this level of professionalism. Try them out. You won't be sorry.

I prefer small local companies. Shack Shine seemed a little bigger. I contacted two other companies for gutter cleaning and minor repair (there was no gutter maintenance option for this review). The first never contacted me. The second came out and told me a) he recommended taking down my screen around my pool (I live on a mosquito-infested nature preserve) and b) he would charge $350-400 (and seemed like he did not want to do it). Enter: Shack Shine. Alex, the owner, is super nice, very professional, and very reasonably priced at $129. He did not ask me to write a review or do anything but be reliable, friendly, and professional. His crew were the same. It rained before they finished up, so they scheduled coming back tomorrow to finish. I am now a permanent customer.

Definitely a respectable operation. Owner called me personally to set up our service. Prompt and efficient. Respected social distancing and conducted business in a safe professional manner during these uncertain times. One thing I do know for certain is this company has already been scheduled to and will definitely be getting more of my business for my outside household needs!!! 🤙🏻
