Shad is reliable, calls prior to appointment, prompt, pays close attention to detail, respectful, honest, made suggestions to save time and money. Cleans up after project is completed. Shad was very polite and professional. We met earlier for the quote and finally today the project began and finished in a timely manner. Shad installed four (4) new cameras (exterior, hardwired) on my two story home. He also checked my many existing cameras. He made sure ALL equipment was working properly and made sure I understood the systems basic operations. He also cleaned up before he left. Shad is very confident in his abilities as respects his Surveillance Camera business. His products are top of the line and hardwired. I trust him and highly recommend AV Surveillance.
