I rented a dumpster because they had a reasonable price of $400 and then $175 per ton over the first ton. I put almost only cardboard boxes and packing in the dumpster with a few light fixtures so I figured the weight would not be that high and therefore less than the other dumpster rental places. I then was charged an additional $280 for the dumpster rental which after I inquired they told me that was due to 1.6 more tons over the 1 ton included with the $400. After I told them that there was water dripping from the dumpster when it was picked up they responded that the weight as per the agreement was my responsibility. I suggest that finding a dumpster with a fixed price is a safer option because they can charge whatever they want and there is nothing you can do about it.

I rented a 12 yard dumpster to deliver to Billerica and they cam exactly when they said. I filled the dumpster faster than expected and called them at 6:30 am on Wednesday and they were at my house with a new dumpster at 8:45 and removed the old. I will ONLY rent from these guys. Great price as well...
