$2500 for 3 trees to have limbs removed. The day they were coming, they changed the price to $3500 after the first tree was cut. They left prominently and our business was done elsewhere. Communication and writing need to be worked on?

I had been working all morning clearing away shrubs and trees at my home. I called around to find someone to haul the debris away. Shadyside offered a speedy haul away on the day-of! Friendly and easy to communicate with. I definitely would use Shadyside again—recommend 100%!!

I called ShadySide Landscape late In the day with a special request to complete a house cleanout asap. Before I could say much more Donnie said I can do that today. I was unable to be there. He was at the house in 30 minutes and did a walk through and quoted a price on the phone. The team was waiting for me to give the ok. It was not long after that I received a call to tell me the job was done and a video was sent to me of a very satisfactory job. The team completed everything that I asked them to do. he does His whole team was great. One, he showed up right away. He actually even started doing the work that day, was quick, Efficient and had everything done, I mean, really quickly, was I had them actually do other things He poured a cement patio for me. He's doing my deck right now. He ended up doing my neighbor's Trees. I mean, he has been amazing. So great, great guy, and just a complete Overall, I mean, really good with the whole service. He's getting ready to do mulch for me. So he's done a really good job; his whole team has been great.
