Repaired, cemented and sealed brickwork at base of chimney. Installed and sealed chimney cap at top of chimney. Robert and assistant did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their work.

The Pros discovered an issue with our furnace that could potentially lead to carbon monoxide leaks. They corrected the issue same day as chimney cleaning and inspection. Only reason not 5 stars all the way is because we had hired them for a 9-11 AM time frame and the Pros showed up after noon, however they did keep up posted which was appreciated. Honest work for reasonable prices. Would recommend.

After my metal chimney snapped and fell off the roof, I tried calling a few different companies, being told it was the busy season and that they would try and get me in eventually. I called Shamrock and talked with Chris who was able to schedule a quote for the next day. Joe and Darien arrived and told me they could fix it up right there and then. They installed a new liner, repaired the chimney from the roof up, replaced the cap and cleaned up all within an hour and a half. They were also very friendly and informative, letting me know exactly what they were doing. Highly recommended for chimney repair.

The first time they were scheduled they could not come because their truck broke down. We scheduled it for two days later and they were really overbooked and asked if they could come on Monday. After saying no, it wouldn't work, they offered Saturday which did not work for me either. In the end, they ended up coming later that second day and cleaned my chimneys for free for the changes and many phone calls. When they got there, Evan and his partner (did not catch his name) were very professional and did great work. I would work with them again.

The two men on the project were knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. They kept me well appraised of what they were doing and left me feeling there was no doubt that what they recommended was indeed necessary. The job was completed quickly and on schedule. They showed me all of the areas they corrected and they left the area well cleaned. I would call Shamrock for any future fireplace and chimney needs.

I called on Shamrock for an estimate on chimney repairs and also to take advantage of their fifty dollar chimney cleaning special. Mike M and Chris were polite and punctual, went about their chimney cleaning and inspection and photographing without being intrusive, and they cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. They walked me through every step of a proposal for chimney repairs we require, and once I am ready to hire for this big job I will very likely call Shamrock again and tell my family and friends to do the same!

Scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday. They did not show up at the assigned time.Called their number. Dispatcher checked to where they were. They said they had a flat tire and were getting it repaired and they would come after the repair. They called an hour later and said they couldn't make it that day.We rescheduled and was told we were going to be the first call Monday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 am. They did not show at the appointed time. I called several times and got a recording. they called an hour and a half later and said they would be there in twenty minutes. No explanation on why they were late. When they cleaned the chimney and vacuumed the pipe and the stove they left a layer of ashes in the bottom of the stove. All the previous chimney cleaners would vacuum the whole stove. When I questioned him about that he said they only vacuum the soot and not the ashes. You would think they would go the extra effort seeing that they were late.I was not happy with the results.

We did make it to your house and provided the service requested at the price given at the time of the booking. We provided the service of the cleaning of the flue pipe for $49.99. The area of the flue pipe was cleaned as explained. The ashes at the bottom of the stove are not part of the flue pipe and we did explain that he stove itself would not be included. The stove had years of use and the area you are dissatisfied with is the area where the wood burns which is not included as explained. We appreciate all feed back to improve our service. Thank You"

Evan was so helpful, punctual and professional. He installed a sleeve, did a major repair inside the same chimney and water proofed 2 for us. He also got the mold off the bricks and replaced some mortar...All in a day's work! Now we can look forward to cooler weather with our chimnies repaired and ready to go. We will definetly call Evan with all our chimney needs!
