Clean and Inspect a wood burning stove or pellet stove
They were here about 1/2 hour. I am not sure how thorough they were. Left muddy foot prints on my floor and used my shop vac but did not empty it before they left.

Oil-Fired Chimney Cleaning and Inspection Service
They came on a rainy Saturday. Said it didn't matter and they had all the supplies. Looked up on the roof and told me what had to be done. Gave 2 options. I choose one and he went up on the roof to spray TSR which I read later that it needs to sit for 24 hours to a few days to work. Said they were going for lunch while it sits and pick up supplies which they said they had in the beginning. 3 hours passed and wasn't back. I called the company and they said they might have been at another job. I called him and he said he wasn't and would be back shortly. Didn't come back for 4 1/2 hours. up on the roof but wasn't up there long enough to really clean the chimney. I never saw the brush come down since I was holding the flashlight. Put a flut down cut off half ass caulked the cracks with a caulk gun that I could have done for $15.00 and they charged me $2100 and didn't do them all and what they did was so sloppy. They told me to build a fire after they leave. I had a bad feeling so I called my brother. He came up which takes him 1 1/2 hours to get here. We both went up on the roof and he was so mad. I called the company to complain and wanted someone higher up to come and look at it. they were to come the following Thursday. My brother drove up again so he could be here when they came. Keep giving excuses for why they were late and then said he couldn't come that day but could come another day. I told them not to bother and that I was filing a report with Angi's List which I am doing. Report them to Better Business Bureau, which I did and I plan on calling the Channel 16 news station for them to investatigate and I am calling my lawyer. also, they were suppost to send me pictures they took and never did. When I called, the girl on the phone said she would and didn't. They never cleaned out the bottom cleanout and if I would have built a fire, it would have burned my home down. the bottom is filled with creosote.

Hired them to inspect and a brick house and suggest repairs. Decided to stucco coat one wall and tuck point various needed spots on the house. Brian, Jake, and Kyle spent nearly two weeks doing the job. They were professional knowledgeable and kept customer service at the forefront of the process. The price was very reasonable and the quality of service was good. Would recommend

Chimney Cleaning and Inspection
Both chimney sweeps first of all were professional. Second, they told you what they would/were doing. With this they also supplied pictures of the flue and chimney. Third, they completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Finally, they went over the work they did and made me aware of what maintenance I need to do in the future.

Brick or Stone Fireplace Repair Service
The work was done on April 18, 2026. I was not home when the contractor arrived. They called me. I told them I would be home soon. When I arrived, the cap and part of the lining were removed. He said the old lining was hazardous and had been improperly installed. The company is named platinum pro who installed the old lining about 4 years ago. No option I had to get new lining. The work on the chimney and flue is not good. The crown is not smooth and square, and flu one has rust on it, and the other is not the same height. I had to pay 4500.00 dollars. On five occasions, the company said they were coming out to correct the work. On 5/1 5/5 5/9 5/14 and 5/16 each time they canceled
I want the work done and 1500.00 dollar Refund, I am a senior citizen and veteran. I feel that I have been taken advantage of and overcharged.

Total customer dissatisfaction: This was supposed to be $100 for a cleaning and a 12 point inspection. He didn't even know what the liner was that I had put in a few years ago. I've had over 8 emails. I keep asking for a copy of the invoice - they provide one that is not itemized.

I am feeling your shysters, because number one, their worker that made the offer to him. He did not leave the proposal so that was written on the bottom of the invoice for doing the chimney sweep. He never left a copy of it well, that is the biggest thing you know. Without that, I have no proof, and they are refusing to honor what was said.

Chuck, the representative from Shamrock professionally cleaned my woodburning chimney and also installed an insert into and repointed my gas chimney, making my home safer for heating during the winter months.

I paid $5,500 to repair my chimney problems. The work has not been completed, and the work so far has been appalling! I paid cash, and I am a senior. The manager I dealt with lied to me. I had an appointment for over a week. She called me yesterday morning the day the tech was to arrive and said I needed to speak to him. Arsly told me he could not come until next Monday. I gave them the chance to make this right and they have not. I asked if the techs had green cards. English was not great AND, I demand to see their credentials! What chimney master drills into a solid fire brick to install a damper wire. It was so tight I could not move it so a friend had to move it for me. I still have smoke in my basement which was supposed to be rectified as well! The techs left large metal parts and trash all over my yard. I have filed charges with the Attorney General of PA and the PA State Police for theft! I am a senior, this is illegal!

Shamrock had a 2-person team come out to do the masonry work and didn't really try to match the existing mortar. They also when asked to fill the mortar flush to install lights did it sloppily and got new mortar onto the stones. As one of the more pricier mortar options I thought they would take the care especially when it effects the entrance of the house. I will not re-hire this team and do not recommend.
