The job took place in January 2020. Shamrock broke my thermostat and control wire. Called, texted, and emailed John Connor daily. Waited at least a month with no response. I had to buy and install a new thermostat and control wire. Still have not received a callback on this issue or any offer to repay me for my extra costs to finish the job they were paid to do. After a few months (May/June) began noticing the flooring they installed was cracking and shifting. My wife ran into John who agreed to come to take a look at the flooring. He came to our home in August and agreed the flooring was installed incorrectly and he would repair it. Began calling the office weekly to leave messages since previous direct calls to John Connor were ignored. It is now 3 months later with no callbacks and no contact of any kind. Shamrock Construction did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. We had just moved to the area and purchased our home but knew the kitchen would need an extensive expansion and remodel to make it functional. John proposed a money-saving design incorporating our original cabinets with new cabinets for a two-toned kitchen design. To maintain structural integrity of the expansion with the removal of two walls, two support beams were placed in our 11 ft. high ceilings (no easy feat). Plans were fluid, allowing for change in design as the project progressed. Ideas were listened to and proposed. An addition of LED strip lighting effectively gave the dining room a simultaneous update. The project was done in the time period agreed to,at a fair cost, and the site was left clean at the end of each day. John Jr., John Sr., and the Shamrock crew are innovative, professional, and trustworthy. We will certainly call upon them for future projects.

John and his staff were very professional courteous. They explained the project step by step. Excellent craftsmanship and I would recommend them for any project big or small.

John and his workers were great to deal with. We are very happy with the addition we had built. It was money well spent.
