Excellent results!! Our basement now is A very nice new living space, thanks to Patrick from Shamrock Construction, he managed the project from A to Z, provided us with layout options and accurate cost estimates for finishing our unfinished basement,on top of that he is a very trustworthy person not a salesman!!! I had the impression that he is a good friend and we were right, he provided us with excellent advice and excellent service, he kept us up-to-date with the permits progress and the time line for the whole project, the subcontractors he hired for parts of the job were top rated and true professionals in their fields, on top of that Patrick and his employees were very respectful and friendly, we will use Shamrock construction company for future projects and we highly recommend them, they provide excellent service with the best reasonable cost, we are glad that we hired them, impressive results!!

Pat does great work at a great price. He was extremely responsive and paid attention to detail. He did a complete basement finish with a media room, bathroom, exercise room, bedroom, bar area with dishwasher, fridge and microwave, and an open game/conversation area. We would hire him again. Update: we did hire him again to put in an egress window to the basement he finished. We should have had him do it as part of the original work but didn't. Once again he did great work and we would hire him for other work (we're trying to get him to bid on another project now).

We had a basement kitchen added to our home. Shamrock Construction was very professional. They surveyed the area to be remodeled and gave us a fair estimate of the cost and labor for the project. They performed the work and made sure that the area was cleaned at the end of each day. The project exceeded our expectations. We recommend Shamrock Construction and will use them for future projects.

We got 5 estimates and at the end of the day my wife and I made our decision based on the quality of the work and the personality of crews that showed up - we definately made the right choice! I would highly recommend Shamrock Construction to anyone who asked!!! Pat did an amazing job on our kitchen and powder room floor and kitchen backsplash. Demo was very quick with little mess. He and his crew almost cared as much about the subfloor and backboard install as the actual tile - and the tile install was perfect. Jimmy did most of the tile install and he is a magician. Communication before and during the install was spot on. The crew was very concerned about making sure the work area is clean at the end of every day, and that the kitchen was serviceable when they stopped work for the weekend. Pat was also very helpful on providing advice for the rest of the bathroom remodel which we were doing ourselves. There may be cheaper estimates out there, but do your research. Ask about how they actually install the subfloor and tile, and ask what materials are included. When you do, you will find Shamrock to be very competitive, and when you choose them you will not be disappointed!

The BEST contractor experience I've had yet. They were prompt, polite and professional, and bid the job at a reasonable cost. They came in and fixed another handymans mistake- not an easy job. It looks FABULOUS! Can't wait to start our next project because I know exactly who to call.

Like a lot of people, we were cautious about hiring someone. Pat and Shamrock exceeded our expectations and our basement is leaps and bounds above what we expected. We were exceedingly pleased with Shamrock Construction's renovation work in our basement. Pat was was very knowledgeable and professional, and the prices were fair and reasonable. He brought several creative ideas to us for us to consider and was responsive to our preferences and needs. He and his team were willing to go the extra mile to ensure the work was done right. Excellent contractor. Sensitive, approachable, trustworth, extremely technically competent and willing to go the whole nine yards to make a job better even though it may not be in the contract. Closely supervised subcontractors. When they removed the old range hood, there was no vent. Mr. Moran installed one immediately. He went out of his way to obtain electrical fixtures to match the countertops and immediately replaced unsatisfactory counter lights. Solid work and great value for the contract amount. Will be calling him again to remodel our bathroom. Cannot recommend him highly enough to do him justice.

To say Pat Moran is an A contractor is an understatement. He is way above that; professionally and a true craftsman. My wife and I were impressed with his bathroom remodel proposal from the start. His prices were very reasonable and in some cases lower than other contractors. Most other contractors were going to do minimum work. Pat came in with some solid ideas which spoke volumes to me. Pat knew what he was doing and gave great suggestions. Like the TV series Holmes on Homes, Pat makes it right. One of the factors which impressed me was the fact that Pat treated my job like it he was working on his own house. No corners were cut. I have knowledge and experience in the construction trade and can honestly say, Shamrock Construction did the job like I would have done and maybe a little better. Pat threw in some extras at no additional charge. Pat did everything he said he would and more. I have since recommended Shamrock Construction to several of my neighbors and certainly give them two thumbs up.

Superb work. I was pleased in every respect. Pat Moran is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of bathroom remodeling. The job took exactly the amount of time he said it would and cost exactly what he quoted me. Very reasonable. He even gave me free advice about an unrelated plumbing problem I was having which solved the problem for me. The tile and electrical people he brought in did a fantastic job as well. All of my materials were on the high end side, and everything was installed correctly. I would definitely hire him again.

I was very happy with the work that Shamrock did to finish my basement. They did everything they said they would do and more. They were professional and timely. The work area was kept clean through out the project. Also, Pat's price was significantly lower than three other quotes that I received for the job. I will definitely use Shamrock again in the future.

I was very pleased with the quality and price of the work done. Pat was very up-front with all the costs and his bid was substantially lower (for the same work) that those of the other contractors. The work was very professional and he even did a few extra things beyond what I was paying for. The work area was kept very clean so that when they left I had minimal cleanup. I would use them again with no hesitation.
